Grand Rapids Bounce Houses
There is nothing like a great birthday party. Especially when you see all of the faces of the children as they enjoy every little part of the party. But we realize that there is a lot of planning that goes into making a birthday party all it can be. Of course there is the food and drinks. You can go with pizza or hamburgers and hot dogs which are all kid favorites. Then there is going to be some birthday cake or cupcakes of course. And then for the big stuff like games or even an entertainer like a magician or a balloon twister or maybe both. But if you have not thought about it, there is one additional attraction that we know everyone will have a blast enjoying throughout the entire party. Look into renting a bounce house. Let's face it, kids absolutely love to run and jump around so what better option for your party than this. We realize this is kind of an oddball search and that you have probably never had to look into renting one before. So, there are some questions that you need to be aware of as you head into looking for a high quality bounce house provider. The Grand Rapids area has a number of bounce house providers that you can check into. As you do, make sure you check over our guide here, we think you will find it a very valuable resource as you conduct your search and make your eventual hire.
So, first things first. You need some providers to evaluate. There are a few different paths that you can check into that will provide you with some names in the Grand Rapids area. We highly recommend that you start asking your family, friends and coworkers if they have ever rented a bounce house or at least been to a party where they experienced one. If they have a high opinion of one in particular, make sure you get the name of the provider from them or at least track the name down. Start keeping a list of potential providers that you would like to check out further at a later date. Another research route you could take is the world wide web. Do a Google search for “bounce house providers in the Grand Rapids area.” You should receive a list on a results page of a number of providers. Start clicking on the links and checking out the individual websites of the providers. If any of them strike you as being of a high quality, write down their contact information. And of course don't forget about your wedding vendors that you have booked already. They may have a name or two in their Rolodex. Once you have at least 3 to 5 names, start calling each one to setup an interview so you can find out more about each vendor.
During your interviews with your potential providers, have this list of questions ready. Find out if the company is licensed. Make sure of this, it will protect you should anything happen. Are they insured? If an accident occurs, this will be a very important point. Keep in mind that many companies choose not to insure their bounce houses because it is extremely expensive to do so. But if you are looking for someone who is reputable, make sure they are. How old are their rentals? It is a great idea to take a look at them in their warehouse if possible. The last thing that you need is to have an old beat up dirty bounce house setup at your party. Another great question to ask is whether the company cleans and sanitizes their inflatables before each rental. How much room do they need to get everything setup? How long does it take to set everything up? If it is going to be a really hot day, is the bounce house still bearable? And of course the age old question, how much is this going to cost you? Once you have finished with all of your interviews you will more than likely have one of your interviewees emerge as the one you like the best.
